    Bought this to go inside a larger fireproof bag for holding smaller items and to give an added layer of protection. Holds business sized envelopes okay.

    I'm not about to set a fire to test these. but they are coated and seem like they would work fairly well/ Not sure the zipper would remain intact so that could be an issue in a fire. but it is better than zero protection/
