FQA: The reason why you can not connect scanner to your computer via USB?
1. USB mode of the machine may not be set yet.
2. Maybe there's something wrong with your computer USB interface, try other one.
3. Customers' SD card may be locked, you can unlock it and try to scan again.

    The scanner works great, had slides from tour in Vietnam and they came out good, my negatives also worked out good. The scanner is very easy to use, very happy with it.

    Awesome product! I ended up getting this in order to convert all the old slides of my parents from the 1970's into new pictures, which were given to my parents as Christmas gifts. I'm sure they will be blown away to see it.

    It is not a surprise that a negative scanner made by Kodak would present excelent results/ It is easy to use, if you have many negative it makes it much easier than using a computer software/

    If you have high requirements for scanned photos, maybe this is not your best choice. It is not a professional device, but it does a good job in daily scanning. Overall, I am very satisfied with the purchase and would recommend it.

    Do what you want it to do. It's a bit difficult to figure out how it works at first, but once you figure it out it will be smooth sailing. The hardest part is formatting the memory card. It cannot be used on a Mac, it can only be performed on a PC.

    So far, I have not encountered any major problems when using this project. It took a little time to learn how to use it. Once I learned how to use it and put it on the storage disk, it had no problems

    Do what it should do. Easy to use. It saves me the time and money that I need to wash a large number of negatives and select them. I will scan the negatives first, and print what I need after selection.

    The product itself does not include an SD card, you have to make sure you have an SD card with an adapter. This mini scanner is easy to set up.

    This is a great project. It also applies to negatives. The digital quality is better than I expected. It does a good job of adjusting white balance and exposure. Finally, this slide scanner is cheaper than sending a slide scan!

    I purchased this and a Christmas gift and my brother was ecstatic! It was amazing to see how clear and concise the photos looked though they were taken nearly 10 years ago when technology was not anywhere near as advanced. Would definitely recommend purchasing this!

    I love DIGITNOW film & slide scanner. My mother had over 900 slides that she wanted digitized and after buying the scanner, I could scan the slides with ease while watching TV. And downloading them to my computer was even easier. Just make sure to clean the scanner often.

    I took a chance on this fairly inexpensive model because of the positive reviews, and those positive reviews were justified! Small, simple to use, and even without fiddling with color adjustments, the results were outstanding. I love that you don't have to hook it up to a computer and mess with software. I didn't bother with the user's manual and had it figured out in about ten minutes. You scan a new slide in the length of time it takes you to push the old one out of the tray. If you get in a rhythm, you could easily do four or five a minute. This is the one to get!

    Bought this as a gift for my dad to convert old photo slides. Digital pictures are of course better for a keepsake than the slides. This was easy to set up and use.
