    Easy to use and comes with great attachments to clean different surfaces.I hope it doesn't break or stop working; I will be so sad.

    The steamer came with multiple attachments for many used around the house,and cars.One down side,which is not an issue is that it takes about 12-13 min to reach full steam pressure and ready.

    Absolutely love this steamer!Like stated in other reviews,I kept looking for things to use it on.It does get cumbersome after several uses,but that's to be expected.Love the attachments.Easy to get on and off.

    I have a Hann steam mop which works fine for light cleaning and upkeep.However,for heavy cleaning,it does not produce enough steam.1 Grout B+ works well,but it does depend on how bad your grout is stained.Don't expect this to work as well as a professional $1000 high-pressure steamer for this job.The price is very reasonable for the results.

    Attractive,well-built,nicely designed unit.I' ve owned other steamers,and I believe the problem is that the steam is simply not hot enough for whatever reasons.I really wanted this to work for me.I' ll keep trying.

    Closure leaked,steam lasted approximately 10 seconds until I had to let it heat up again,which took approximately 30 seconds.

    I initially liked the product,but when I attempted to replace some parts,the wheels wouldn't stay on,and the plastic clips were warped.This product is a worse than a lemon; it's a piece of...well,I'll l it to your imagination to fill in the blank.

    What a joke!Might be good for jewelry or something small.Was going to clean my stove top but it would take hours.They need to put more time & money into the quality of the steamer and not all the accessories & pretty box.
