I use it to clean the tiles in my home, and it does an outstanding job. I particularly appreciate the separation of the cleaning head from the water tank/heater. This design feature prevents fatigue and allows for more efficient cleaning.

It functions, but it becomes dangerously hot at multiple metal connection points. The plastic parts also become soft due to the heat. I haven't used it since the first time, and I doubt I will use it again.

It's quite dangerous that I can't turn off the steam from the spray gun. Once it's on, there's no way to control the steam.

I purchased this product to steam clean the oil mess around the valve cover gaskets on my BMW. To put it to the test, I used it on my stainless grill, which was extremely dirty. After applying a degreaser and letting it soak, the machine generated enough heat and pressure to melt the solid grease, and the steam effectively rinsed it away.

I'm impressed by its power and portability. It can easily be carried around and has a larger water capacity compared to any other steamer I've used before. The only drawback I found so far is that the power cord is relatively short for my needs. It should be longer.

I purchased this product, but it lacks a trigger for control. Additionally, it gets excessively hot. It only has an on/off switch and a steam dial, and once it's turned on, there's no trigger or further control. It requires significant improvement.
