Wow. What a great product! I have TMJ and I have had it where the whole side of my face would hurt, or I had need another tooth repaired. I have tried many different brands , including ones from the dentist, and now I am so happy I purchased these mouth guards. They are easy to make into a snug fitting guard, and the size is perfect- I am averaged sized, and I did not need to to trim it. What a great feeling to wake up and not have jaw pain! ... and Primdent is a fraction of the cost of other guards. I will be getting these guards again!

These are excellent but fitting is a bit tricky the first couple of times. Once I got the hang of it I would never use another tooth guard. My teeth are pretty worn and my mouth is average size and I have to trim at least a 1/4 inch off both ends before molding but these mold to your teeth, roof of your mouth and gums beautifully and are by far the most comfortable fitting tooth guards ever! They fit very much like a professionally made retainer, if you've ever had one but they're softand smooth so they're very comfortable to sleep with. If you mess up the first to hang in there. You can't go wrong at this price.

This is a very good product. You get four and I'm glad I did because it can be a little tricky at first to get the hang of how you mold the guards. It is very easy to mess up because when you remove it from the hot water you can't put it in your mouth immediately but you also can't let any of the wiggly hot guard touch any other part of the wiggly hot material or it will stick. I goofed up one. I goofed up a second one because I wasn't happy enough with it and decided to try to re-do it and messed it up in the attempt. One I did OK. The other one was great! For the price even if you only get one it is well worth it for a custom fit device. Just follow directions and take your time!

The product is too soft, it doesn't have the hard plastic "base layer" underlying the moldable soft plastic inside. After only light use my teeth were making holes in the material and I had to throw it away. Will not buy again.

I grind my teeth when I sleep. This mouth guard prevents it. It is easy to use, clean and lasts a long time. I wear it at night, then brush it in the morning with toothpaste. It is much cheaper than a mouth guard from the dentist and works just as well. I wish I had started using it years ago, before I damaged my teeth!
