Upon wearing the posture corrector, I could feel its effects almost instantly; there was almost no more strain in the center of my back, and my lower back felt significant relief as well. I even felt more balanced on my feet. It's surprising that such a simple implement could do so much.

I have chronic upper back pain as a result of poor posture, that started during puberty. As a petite, big busted woman, I would often hunch over for “modesty”, to the point that I considered getting breast reduction surgery from the back pain, but couldn’t afford it. I went to chiropractors and physiotherapists, anything to alleviate my pain. An orthopedic surgeon said I started developing osteoarthritic changes in my cervical bone, despite being in my 30s! It does alleviate my upper back pain, at least temporarily.

I have noticed that while wearing the first day I am not near a correct posture. After taking off the first and second day I didn't feel any soreness but I did catch myself correcting - only after about 2 hours over two days of use. I would recommend this product as it has helped me to reduce the pain described above within reason. It hasn't made it instantly disappear but have a feeling it will set me up to drastically reduce the pain being I won't be slouching as much.

I bought this to replace the Posture Corrector I recently lost. It looks and works exactly the same as my last one. These do work to give you a much better posture overall. The key is to follow the rules. Don't wear it for 12 hours on the first day! Start slow, wear it for 1 hour first day, and increase the length as you go forward.
