The meter boasts a big, bright display and an impressive range of features. However, it could benefit from some improvements. The "Auto" function tends to cycle slowly and often selects the wrong range or function. In some cases, it doesn't even select a function, requiring a manual switch. Additionally, the rubber cover around the meter behaves like a cell phone case and interferes with the leads. As a result, the leads tend to pop out of the bottom. Another area of improvement would be the lack of a kickstand at the back, making it challenging to prop up the meter. This omission is likely due to the probes being located at the bottom. Overall, the meter functions well but these usability issues make it unsuitable as my primary meter. It's ideal for occasional use, but constant use for maker projects and similar tasks may be frustrating.

I've only had this device for a few days, but it helped me pinpoint a wiring problem in my home. The non-contact voltage tester is working fine. A few times it didn't find things that I was sure were supposed to be there (inside the walls), but after moving around a bit it found everything. It was able to help me identify a live wire in a group of wires, so it was sensitive enough to find the wire but not so sensitive that it would go off when it was near other wires. It is easy to tell if it is live and the surrounding wires by placing it directly on the wire. It's actually better than expected. I haven't used the multimeter part yet, but it looks well made and the screen is bright and easy to read.

Good multimeter. I like its size and sturdiness, it survived several drops. The only trouble is that the automatic selection function is not very reliable. You mostly have to manually select the features you need, but that's not a deal breaker. I would definitely recommend this multimeter. The price point is great for what it offers.
