    I taped this to the microphone stand that I use for streaming because my microphone is very heavy. What I really like about these weight bags is that you can choose to put more or less sand into the bags to get the right weight to achieve your desired balance. Really glad I ordered this, my microphone hasn't moved an inch since.

    We live in a very windy area of Arizona and were using fire dept sandbags to weight down our patio furniture from blowing over. Those sandbags not only leaked over time but were very unattractive. I found these bags on and they work perfectly for weighing down our patio furniture. They hold as much sand in each two pouches as a fire dept sandbag (half filled). They are durable canvas with a double zipper so they will not leak and a handle which makes it very easy to hang over the bar on the back of a patio chair or table. They work perfect and they look good and no mess. These chairs are not going anywhere with these bags in place. Would highly recommend them if you have similar issues with wind and patio furniture.

    I use these to hold down my porch furniture and deck chairs so I don't have to bring them all inside when they're storms coming. I was able to fill them up with sand easily, a tunnel helps. The saddle bags hold the weight nicely. The fabric is thick and well sewn. No rips or tears or leaks. I can transport them easily from my garage to my deck, which is on the other side of my house, thanks to the handles. I can carry them back and forth without spilling.  I know they're safe outside. When I come out after the storm, everything is still where it's intended to be, does a great job of holding everything down!

    After 1 months of usage, the double-zipper versions of this sandbag are still performing wonderfully. They are no longer black though. The black dye used in this product bleaches out quickly even in shaded sunlight. All of my bags are now gray on one side and black on the other. However, this seems to be only cosmetic because they are still functioning quite well.

    I like the double zip pouches that hold the sand. These bags are well made and this is my second order in two years. I use one on my small light stands and two on my tall stands. As we work to set up a shot, we are constantly bumping into the stands. These keep them from tipping or moving as placement is important. I recommend them.

    I havent really had a chance to throw these sandbags around on a shoot yet. They are designed to take a pounding, plonked on the floor and flung about. im not too pleased with the inner zip but the second outter zip seems sturdy enough. ill know more after i use them properly on set. feeling positive tho. well worth the money.

    The only thing I didn't like about these bags was the terrible fish smell... Like idk what the heck causes that in a fabric, but the build seems nice, the material looks durable but I haven't used them out in the field yet so that could change

    To my surprise these are actually a lot better quality than I had imagined; two zips on each pocket helps ensure that smaller fillings such as sand doesn't spill out, and the fabric is very strong;handle is very well attached. They arrived promptly too.

    Needed some to counterweight a photo light stand. These were well-made and sturdy, zippers (double) are offset and work great=perfect! I did put the sand inside a zip-lock bag which worked.

    These are STRONG and feel like they will last well. Each has TWO compartments (one on each side), and those each have TWO zippers to stop the (sand) coming out. I think some may have been confused about double-skining of each compartment, but they do not have such, as the material is very robust and so not really needed. For the price these are well made and worth the money. Needed them to add weight for portable studio lights

    I purchased the Sandbag which it is a clean sand.the bag material is good as well as the strap to carry them. so they should last for several years or even longer if you take care of them.
